Ottawa Street Station Remedial Action Plan - 2008-09-001

This collection contains six three-ring binders of site evaluation and Limited Commercial Remedial Action Plan (RAP) material created by Soil and Materials Engineers, Inc. (SME) for the Lansing Board of Water and Light, concerning its Ottawa Street Station. The Board of Water and Light operated a coal-fired power generation plant at this six-acre site from the 1930s until 1990, and parts of the site were also used for manufacturing, warehousing, and retail gasoline sales.
